Randall Stempler

Randall Stempler is an attorney with an international law firm.  He specializes in technology, intellectual property, outsourcing and computer law and has extensive experience in complex technology transactions, including E-Commerce, the Internet, outsourcing and software licensing. He also has broad experience in corporate finance, general corporate, commercial and securities law, as well as mergers and acquisitions.

He has provided legal and consulting services to, and served on the management teams of, Fortune 500, middle-market computer companies and other companies. In addition, he has written about the computer industry and online services and developed the CharityBenefits.com Web site.

He is experienced in advanced technology transactional work, online contracts, a wide range of website agreements and notices and other contracts related to B-to-B and B-to-C aspects of E-Commerce. Among others, his client projects have included: one of the first agreements between a Fortune 100 company and a large B2B marketplace; Web development agreements for a large multinational corporation; one of the largest corporate initiatives to provide travel services online; and counsel on multi-million dollar software licensing disputes.
