Careers through Culinary Arts Program Junior Committee: "A Taste of Fall"
at 230 Fifth Avenue at 27th Street, 20th Floor, The Penthouse Lounge.
Up-and-coming chefs, most of whom are C-CAP graduates, now cooking in
top restaurants in New York, will prepare signature dishes at the
walk-around tasting event. Silent Auction.
6:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Music by the David Grausman Trio.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the C-CAP Scholarship Fund.
Tickets: $125 ($140 at the door).
