Advisory Council of Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center: "1st Annual Be Our Guest Benefit"
an evening of cocktails and dinners at private residences, beginning with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres at the restored, historic, 1903 Seafield Estate located at 66 Seafield Lane, Westhampton Beach, hosted by Board Chairman, Len Conway, from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. The residence was originally designed by Henry Bacon, best known for his design of the Lincoln Memorial. Following cocktails, dinner will be served at one of ten private residences in Westhampton Beach, Westhampton, Quiogue, Quogue and Remsenburg. Each of the guest hosts has created a special menu and/or theme with a choice of menus and settings such as “Taste of Land and Sea” at a historic home (the former Phipps-Tuttle House), the oldest home in Remsenburg, “A Piece of Tuscany in Quiogue” at an Italian style palazzo, and a “Summer Feast” featuring local seafood and seasonal bounty fresh from the garden at an oceanfront estate in Quogue.
Co-Chairs: Patty Allen and Lorrie Gordon. The Company is under the direction of founder Ronald K. Brown.

American Cancer Society--Relay For Life: "Cocktails for a Cause"
from 9:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. at Haven Lounge, 244 East 51st Street.
Relay For Life of the LGBT Community and Friends will take place on September 25, 2010 at the World Financial Center in downtown Manhattan. At nightfall, participants will light hundreds of luminary candles around the track in a ceremony, which honors cancer survivors and remembers those lost to the disease.
